3.Exhortation with the purpose to exhort. Now to exhort means...to strongly encourage or try to persuade someone to do something. The gift gives courage/strength to continue in a path to a man, especially in the time of crisis, fear and discouragement, when a man is weak and feel like fainting, exhortation could strengthen him and keep him going. behind most ferocious preaching is the gift of exhortation . Peter was an exhortation-apostle. His exhortation was so strong that on the day of Pentecost, he exhorted three thousand souls to the alter.
