THE PURPOSE OF THE OPERATIONAL/ASSIGNMENT GIFTS

Now let us now define the operational gifts/workings/assignment....1Co_12:6 And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. let us take a few minutes and reflect on what could be the purpose of these gifts. what makes the father-God to rejoice in the heaven?..it is soul winning, why did God send his son into the world ? to save sinners. these gifts is to be used for the salvation of souls. it is the gifts wherewith we have received grace to show/demonstrate the love of God to the brethren and to the world and win them over to Christ. God has called all of us to the ministry of reconciliation. This is the reason Jesus gave gifts{Apostles, Prophets, teachers, pastors and evangelists} to Men so that his body/the saints will be prepared for their role and function in the church and the world/in the different sphere of the world as they harvest souls of men from every sphere of Human endeavor. Everybody is not called to preach in order to win soul. Not every sinner will be reached by preaching. The seven fold operational gifts are the gifts/weapons of God to reach down to sinners and bring them into the kingdom of God and to edify the body of Christ. The five fold gift are for building Christ life, nature and character in the believer,preparing them for their ministry of reconciliation while the seven fold operational gifts are for soul winning in the world of men and the edification of the body of Christ. Now the gifts/manifestation of the Spirit which are nine are the switch to the other gifts, they give direction or become a door opener or gives direction to how and when the other gifts should be accurately function or be in operation. For example, a man who possess the gift of Giving in his operational gifts, he may not know how to operate this gift effectively without a gift from the holy ghost called word of knowledge. therefore, if this man from time to time has mastered his gift and he knows how to receive specific instruction from God on the needs of people around him and he distributes both to the need of the saints and the sinner as God has given him instruction through the holy ghost gift of word of knowledge. This kind of ministry has resulted into a lot of supernatural miracle for people and meeting need in an accurate order to the glory of God and souls has been greatly torched which resulted into great conversion of souls without evangelistic sermons. Now...Rom 12:6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; Rom 12:7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Rom 12:8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.
